SALON POLICY:
If client is a no-show or cancels appointment day of scheduled appointment, client will be charged 50% of clients scheduled service. Client will not be able to reschedule appointment unless they pay the 50% no-show fee. If the fee remains unpaid, client will not be able to schedule with any stylist until fee is paid.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
Product returns are acceptable up to a 7 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed to the refund or exchange of product.
SERVICE POLICY:
I have filled out the online consultation and have read and answered the consultation form thoroughly. I have discusses all questions that I may have with my stylist.

I am conscious of and recognize that there is a possibility of any allergic reaction or any chemical reaction with my hair. I have discussed with my stylist fully any such reactions and understand them.
​
If I have previously colored at home, box colored, or any other color applied outside of a salon in the last 3-5 years, I understand the possibility of damage and unforeseeable results and do not hold my stylist or OHELO CORREA LLC accountable for anything that may happen to my hair.

I have consulted and am knowledgable that although my stylist will do her entire best, there is no predictable outcome of the service result. There is no guarantee that my desired result will be achieved in a single appointment.

Previous heat, mechanical or chemical damage caused prior to the appointment has been brought to the attention of my stylist and discussed.
​
There is NO REFUND on color services if desired end result is not achieved.
​
My stylist has explained and educated me on professional hair products and I acknowledge the health and longevity of the color of my hair relies on them.
​
I am knowledgable that using lightener, color, or any chemicals on my hair will and could physically alter the state of my hair. It may cause a change in my hairs texture and luster.

I am knowledgable that I have thoroughly disclosed all previous color history to my stylist.
​
I hereby agree to have the treatment performed and agree to follow all recommended pre and post-treatment instructions given by my stylist.

I acknowledge I have thoroughly answered all questions truthfully.
​
I release OHELO CORREA LLC, stylist, management and staff from any and all liability associated with any injuries and/or current or future conditions resulting from the hair procedures or products.
​
I consent to the use of any and all photos pertaining to my appointment and service to be used for education, promotion or advertising purposes.

By signing my client form, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understood the contents of this consent form and the information I provided above is complete, accurate, and recent to my knowledge.
